Kairos needs birth details to compare current transits with your chart. Anonymous scans are not attached to an account. Birth profiles and scan history are saved only when you are signed in and choose to use saved tools.

How Skywatch handles your information.
Skywatch Kairos uses the information you provide to run timing scans, manage accounts, and support purchases. Birth data is treated as private planning information, not marketing material.
What to avoid sending by email
If you contact support, include the email address on your Skywatch account and the product you are asking about. Do not send full birth details in the first message.
Accounts and Premium
Account information is used to sign you in, keep saved profiles and scans connected to you, and manage Premium access. Kairos Premium billing is handled through Stripe checkout and Stripe account management.
Analytics and privacy
Skywatch may use basic site analytics to understand whether pages are working. Skywatch does not add birth details, saved notes, or scan contents to custom analytics events.
